Tools and permissions
Explicit device discovery, file inspection, edit_block and start_process are used independently for each connected computer.

Return two device-identified test logs and a reviewed diff rather than a single merged claim that work succeeded everywhere.
Know the boundary
Remote Arc does not automatically sync repositories across devices. Both machines must be reachable, separately authorized and equipped with their required local toolchain.
