REMOTE ARC
Run reviewed desktop mouse and keyboard scripts
Use an authorized local terminal to run user-installed desktop automation software, with interactive-session requirements and explicit approval.
Example request
Review a local mouse-and-keyboard automation script and, after explicit approval, execute it once in an unlocked test desktop session.
How the work proceeds
Inspect the existing script, list the intended app interactions and side effects, confirm user authorization, then run the local utility through an enabled terminal and verify the result.
Tools and permissions
Remote Arc can run locally installed automation software through start_process when authorized. Interactive OS session and appropriate accessibility or input permissions are required.
What useful evidence looks like
Collect the actual script exit status and exported app output, and distinguish verified interactions from assumptions.
Know the boundary
Remote Arc currently has no native screen capture, mouse-move, click or keyboard-control MCP tools. This is optional local scripting, not native remote GUI control; sensitive interaction should not run unattended without review.
